Our mission is to
EMPOWER, EDUCATE AND TRANSFORM
the lives of underserved young women and girls ages 12-25.
Our focus is to engage young women from communities with high secondary dropout rates, those vulnerable to human trafficking, teen drug abuse, homelessness, and victimization.

ITHRIVE envisions a world where all young women, regardless of background or circumstance, reach their full potential. ITHRIVE strives to create a future for empowered young women to lead, inspire, and effect positive change in their communities; by addressing the unique challenges of those in high-risk communities
ITHRIVE fulfills its mission by providing resources and curriculum-based training, with a focus on leadership and empowerment, building social-emotional skills, and offering strategic outreach opportunities.
OUR WHY
Founded in 2018, ITHRIVE Empowerment was created to address the unique needs of young women who often feel invisible, vulnerable, powerless, or hopeless.Too many girls face challenges that limit their opportunities and jeopardize their futures:
1 in 3 girls will experience sexual abuse before they turn 18.
The average age of entry into human trafficking is just 12 to 14 years old, with young girls from underserved communities disproportionately targeted.

Over 60% of child sex trafficking victims in the U.S. have been involved in the foster care system at some point in their lives.
Girls in high-poverty areas are at increased risk for homelessness, school dropout, substance abuse, and victimization.
These alarming realities leave many girls feeling trapped in cycles of trauma, poverty, and exploitation. ITHRIVE exists to provide these young women with a safe space to heal, grow, and thrive.
We are committed to amplifying their voices, nurturing their strengths, and equipping them with the tools to reclaim their power, pursue their dreams, and build brighter futures.
OUR HOW
EDUCATE
We conduct EMPOWERED U workshops tailored to our mission and vision, providing essential knowledge and skills to the girls and young women we support.
EMPOWER
We engage in structured outreach by reaching homeless youth shelters, juvenile detention centers, and group homes, to empower those in vulnerable situations.
TRANSFORM
Our six-week curriculum-led program TRANSFORM U, teaches leadership skills, emotional awareness and strategies for overcoming life's challenges.
